Lifecare ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Lifecare ASA (the “Company”) on 8 October 2024, regarding the commencement of the application period in the public retail offering (the “Offering”) of up to 1,000,000 new shares (the “Offer Shares”).

Hannibal Invest AS, a company closely associated with Hans Hekland, board member of the Company, has today applied for 5,000 shares in the Offering at an offer price of NOK 20 per Offer Share, subject to allocation by the Board of Directors upon expiry of the application period for the Offering.
