Annual General Meeting

Lifecare AS will hold a General Meeting on April 30th, 2024, at 10:00 (CET).

The meeting will be conducted as a combined physical and digital meeting. Shareholders who wish to participate and vote at the General Meeting must be registered with a userprofile in the meeting portal Orgbrain (www.orgbrain.no). It will be possible to attend the meeting in person or digitally through Orgbrain.

Lifecare’s main focus is to bring the next generation of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (“CGM”) systems to market.
