Extraordinary General Meeting

Lifecare AS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on May 16th, 2024, at 10:00 (CET).

It will be possible to attend the meeting in person or digitally through Orgbrain. Shareholders who wish to participate and vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting must be registered with a userprofile in the meeting portal Orgbrain (www.orgbrain.no).

Lifecare AS is a clinical stage medical sensor company developing technology for sensing and monitoring of various body analytes. Lifecare’s main focus is to bring the next generation of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (“CGM”) systems to market.
