The Board of Directors in Lifecare AS has extended the exercise period for: - 527.839 share options for Chief Operation Officer, Rune Frisvold;- 263.920 share options for Chief Scientific Officer, Andreas Pfützner, until April 1st, 2021. The options were issued December 2016 and has a strikeprice of NOK 0,40. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
